On biogas and biomethane projects Teploenergo provides local engineering, fabrication of metal structures and modular systems, thermal loops, heat exchangers, pumps, piping / BoP, automation, installation, commissioning support and service. Process technology, core equipment, know-how and process guarantees remain with the international technology partner. Named OEMs are not cited until a relationship is confirmed.
Partnership model: the international technology partner owns the process, core equipment, know-how and process guarantees. Teploenergo / DAN own Ukrainian engineering, manufacturing, balance of plant, thermal integration, automation, installation, commissioning support and service. This is a framework for future agreements, not a claim of a live contract with a named manufacturer.
