From drawing to finished part
One production cycle instead of several contractors.

Drawing or model
The customer sends a drawing, a 3D model or a written brief.

Preparation
Material, flat pattern, operations and quantity are agreed.

Cutting
Sheet is cut by laser or plasma according to thickness and size.

Bending and welding
Where needed, the part is bent and welded into an assembly.

Coating
Powder coating when the part fits the chamber and the colour is agreed.

Finished part
A check against the drawing, then handover.
