This page explains which data Teploenergo receives through the website and why. It is not a substitute for a separate legal agreement if one is issued later.

Data we collect

Via the contact form: name, company, email, phone, country, enquiry type and message. The interface language, source page URL and UTM tags may be stored if submitted with the form.

Purpose

Data is used only to respond to the enquiry, prepare a commercial or technical proposal, and keep an internal record of requests. We do not sell contact data.

Storage

Enquiries are stored in the site administration system. A CRM is connected only if the client provides access.
